Exotic Gardens
In the "Exotic Gardens" series, I offer an intimate way of connecting with myself—with the pleasure I find in exploring new spaces, and with tranquility and a love of nature. My passion for gardening stems from the small garden I have at my parents' home in Oradea; it has always been my refuge, my friend, my artistic space, and a place to reconnect with myself.
Alongside the self-portrait series, I created the "Mermaids," "The Majestic Bird," "Dragons," and "Serpents" series. These works allowed me to rediscover my childhood imagination, going beyond the simple pleasure of painting human figures.

Branzas Anca is a painter of Romanian origin who has been living in France for several years. Her artistic career is marked by a solid academic background and extensive international experience.
Education and Training: Anca Branzas began her academic journey by earning a Bachelor's degree in Art and Design from the West University of Timișoara, from 2005 to 2008. She then pursued a Master's degree at the Bucharest Academy of Arts, from 2008 to 2010. Her dedication to art led her to complete a Doctorate at the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca, which she finished in 2015.

2023- Launch of the book “The other face of the world”, published with the support of the Hassium Cultural Association, critical texts by Adriana Oprea, Liviana Dan, Alexandra Chiriac. This volume presents the work of nine artists trained professionally at the University of Arts and Design in Cluj-Napoca between 2002 and 2015: Anca Bodea, Ioana Olahut, Ana-Maria Micu, Roxana Ajder, Anca Branzas, Oana Nastasache, Mirela Moscu, Ioana Iacob and Andrea Tivadar. Artistic statement: Branzas Anca describes her art as a connection between the external world and her inner world. She draws inspiration from Romanian folklore and folktales, as well as from the simplicity of people's lives.
The artist in her studio
The studio is the space of refuge and inspiration, it's where I go, where I come from. Being a nomad for several years now, I have made every new place my studio. However, the one in Oradea would be the permanent storage and workshop space.
